How to Use the Actron CP7410 Infrared Thermometer

Infrared thermometers like the Actron CP7410 aren’t just limited to car stuff in their usefulness. They’re good for any situation where you need to know just how hot something happens to be. It’s a multi-use infrared thermometer that’s ideal for automotive, industrial, HVAC, mobile AC and home use. It scans temperatures ranging from -26°F to 752°F (-32°C to 400°C) with quick-change between Fahrenheit and Celsius. It packs a laser beam that indicates what object is measured.
Near-instant response time of 500ms allows for quick measurement on static and dynamic objects. User-set alarm range beeps when measured temperature is outside pre-set minimum or maximum parameters. A bright LCD clearly shows temperature and is powered by the included 9-volt battery.
